For document verification, first of all, you have to make your B Form through Nadra. After that, the child’s mother should take her identity card and the child’s form and go to the nearest BISP

Show the B Form there and get a school verification slip. Then get this slip filled by the school principal. The school principal will enter the child’s educational record in the slip. After that, Take this slip go to the BISP Tehsil Office, and submit it. The child’s educational record will be verified. If the child’s attendance is more than 70%, he will be issued a Taleemi Wazaif.
