Monthly Income
The main eligibility criterion for the Benazir Income Support Program is the household monthly income. Individuals whose monthly income is less than 50,000 as of 2025 will be eligible to receive the 13,500 installment.
Poverty Score
Only those individuals whose poverty score falls between 33 and 34 are included in the BISP program. This poverty score is calculated based on household assets, level of education and access to basic services during the NSER survey.
Women As Primary Beneficiaries
Women are given the highest prone woman in the household is part of the program. The payment amount is provided to the female head of the household.
Permanent Residence
Individuals who want to qualify for the Benazir Income Support Program. They must be permanent residents of Pakistan and have never traveled to any other country.
